Principle issues affecting sales growth potential
First of all it is very important that Velit saves and enlarges its market share. To achieve this they must develop their distribution channels and expand their marketing measures. So they should invest in an advertising campaign and search new point of sales like little shops, pharmacies, hotels or spas. At the moment they deliver some hotel and spas already. So this is a good reputation and they can gain new clients.
Velit has the possibility to produce much more than they manufacture at the moment. So it would be no problem to deliver more costumers or deliver bigger amounts. But to handle bigger sales they must develop their distribution system. They should look for engaged sales people, search wholesalers who buy their product and resell it and may open new little flagship stores. This would also be good for their image.
To ensure the increasing revenues which accompany bigger sales volumes Velit has immediate to work on a price calculation. Than they can see if they cover their costs and invest the left money for increasing sales.
