The energy released by a number of food samples and absorbed by water is determined using technology. Inferences about the energy content of foods with high fat content and foods with high carbohydrate content are then made. Hypothesis Foods, depending on their carbohydrate/fat composition, have different energy content that can be determined by measuring the heat release from their combustion. First, what I needed to do was define the problem to be solved. I had increased in weight without me realizing it. So I wrote out the factors that could have contributed to my weight gain and they were stress, poor eating habits lack of sleep, and lack of exercise. Step 2: What are the alternatives? Second, what I came up with a possible solution for my weight loss. After identifying what the problems were that contributed to my weight gain. I decided that setting a weight goal, having less stress, with physical activity, and adopting healthy meals were my best methods to combat weight gain.
