OBJECTIVE: Showing how mistreated the junior enlisted are in the U.S Army.

COUNTER-ARGUMENTS:
1. Dealing with every problem all the junior enlisted bring to them gets very stressful.
2. There are limits to what they can allow the junior enlisted to do and in most occasions they will surpass them.
3. Every month they have to provide counseling statements to all of their solders in their teams
RESPONSE TO COUNTER-ARGUMENTS:
1. It kills the respect we had for them when they start to treat us like children.
2. The Army standard seems to change on a regular basis to contour to the higher ups lives.
3. We try to explain to them that things can get done much better by talking to us and telling us our daily tasks rather than yelling at us.
IMPLICATIONS: There is so many stories that can be told from junior enlisted to confirm how they are forced out of the U.S. Army.
