CODE OF ETHICS FOR COMPANY X

Introduction

The Code Of Ethics is a guide to be distributed to all of it's board members, management, employees, and suppliers when acting on behalf of Company X. The code contains standards of ethical conduct that all board members, management, employees, and suppliers must acknowledge and adhere to. The purpose is to provide a guideline for all employees of Company X to conduct themselves in a professional, honest, and respectful manner.

Section I: Standards and Procedures
A. Code of Ethics: Ethical conduct is of the highest priority and is an ongoing commitment to our employees and to our clients. Company X expects all of it's employees to treat each other with the respect, dignity, and moral aptitude which contributes to our ongoing business success. If any employee feels threatened, harassed or discriminated against they should report the incident immediately to their supervisor or to the human resource dept. The board members, management, employees, and suppliers should:
1. The U.S. Government and it's Agencies Comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding formal or informal investigations. Failure to cooperate with authorities may be grounds for disciplinary action, including dismissal.
2. Gifts, Loans, and Services Not accept cash, gifts, payments, loans, or anything of value that might imply a current or future benefit of compensation.
3. Unfair Business Practices The use of deceptive, fraudulent or deceptive methods to obtain business. No employee shall use or disclose any non-public information that he or she obtains as a result of their employment.
4. Conflicts of Interest A conflict of interest exists when an employees personal interests conflict or interfere with
