According to the CDC report, obesity is one of the top leading causes of death in the U.S and it associated with many other diseases such as diabetes, cancer and cardiovascular. United States prevalence data says that more than 34.9% or 78.6 million of U.S. adults are obese. On the other hand prevalence shows that17% of the U.S youth are obese (Ogden, 2014). Problems that associated with childhood obesity is that overweight child is more likely to become obese adult in the future (Ogden, 2006). Eating healthy and maintaining enough physical activity are recommended protective factors against obesity. However, intervention should be implemented to promote such behaviors (Lowry, 2000).

Behavioral survey questioner:
Valid tested questions will be used for the purpose of this surveys. Surveys will be distributed at the beginning, during and after the program:
1. Pre survey at the beginning of the program.
2. Mid survey: at the middle of each year of the program.
3. Post survey: at the end of the program and it will be consider as pre survey for the first year after the program.
4. After program mid survey: at the middle of the first year after the end of the program.
5. After program post survey: at the end the first year after the end of the program.
Body weight observation:
1. Body weight observation (round one): four months after the end of the program.
