Here are step-by-step instructions for installation:
Download the torrent (which will take a while since there are so few seeds)
Download and install Daemon Tools Lite for free. Windows 2000/XP/Vista users can find Daemon Tools on this site http://www.disk-tools.com/download/daemon
Make sure you don't have any CD's or DVD's in your CD/DVD drive and no images already mounted. After installing daemon tools, it's icon should pop up on the bottom right side of your toolbar. Right click it, select "Virtual CD/DVD ROM, select "Device...no media," and then click on "mount image." Mount the ISO file that you downloaded from this torrent. Select "autorun" and the game should start installing.
When it asks you for the serial key, enter one of the serial keys below (which are also found in the text document "Installation info..." in the file "Game" of this torrent):

Make sure when is getting towards the end of installation and it asks you if you want the game to automatically get updates or if you want to register the game, select "NO" because they're right. This isn't an originally copy of the game, and if you select "YES," your game will probably get screwed :) ...oh, and one of the bad things about playing a free version of the Sims 3 game, is that you can't download any of the additional items or such on the Sims 3 website because it will ask you to enter your serial key when you register for a new account, and you won't have an original key
Well, after you're all done with installation, open the "The Sims 3 v1.27 patch crack + store items [Hirya]" folder again. Go to the folder "Crack+Patch" and open the application "Sims31.2.7.00002from_1.0.631.00002." This is an update for your game which cannot be installed after you put in the crack (so make sure you finish this update before you go and install the crack).
Now for the crack. You need a program that can unzip a file for you. Either WinRAR, 7Zip, FreeZip, or anything of the sort. You can go online and search them up. All of these have either a trial version or beta version that can be downloaded for free. When you finish installing it (or if you already have one of those programs) go open"rzr-s327" in the "Crack+Patch" folder. Unzip "TS3.exe" and "TSLHost.dll" onto your desktop.
Go to "Local Disk C/Program Files/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3/Game/Bin" There you will see a file called TS3 and TSLHost.dll. Notice they are the same name as the 2 files you unzipped from the "Crack+Patch" folder. Now delete TS3 and TSLHost.dll from the "The Sims 3/Game/Bin" and copy and paste in the two files that you unzipped.
The last thing you must do is delete the "The Sims™ 3" icon on your desktop. Then go to "Local Disk C/Program Files/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3/Game/Bin" and right click on "TS3," "send to," "Desktop" to create a shortcut on your desktop.
YAY! Now you can enjoy the game! :)
...so please don't say that this is a "crap copy" just because you don't know how to install the game properly
Also, you might have noticed there is an nfo file when you unzipped the other two files that was in "rzr-s327." If you want to open the nfo file, just unzip it, right click it, select "open with" and choose NotePad. If it is too hard to read on NotePad, then you can type "CTRL," "A" (while holding "CTRL") to select all. Then copy and paste the text inside onto Microsoft Word.
