He further divided the employee types into better performers and poor performers to exanimate for which would have a better result from leadership behavior
Is psychological safety is a mediator between leadership and voice?

The Dependent variable is the subordinate improvement oriented voice, the researcher classified the DV into two caterogies:
High performers
Low performers
Between the IV and DV, the author believes that the subordinate perceptions of psychological safety is a mediator between them.

And therefore the underpinning leadership behavior: managerial openness and transformational leadership have affect the subordinate’s perception of psychological safety, thus affect their willingness to speak out.
