I. TITLE OF INVENTION
Genuine Product Verification System.

II. FIELD OF INVENTION
This invention relates to a new tax revenue protection and reliable product verification designed to protect government agencies or brand owners from losses of tax revenues (particularly excise tax in case of governments) from the effects of product counterfeit, illegal import of excise-liable goods and cross border trading and also to protect the consumer from the dangers of consumption of counterfeit products (particularly, counterfeit drinks, tobacco, foods, pharmaceuticals).

III. OBJECTIVE OF INVENTION
The main objective of the Invention is to give the benefit/power to end users to verify whether the product they have bought is genuine or not; as, the duplicate products are put-in the retailer shop directly or is distributed to retailers directly by the distributors. In particular, our aim to enable end users to verify the product what they have bought, directly from the manufacturer, through website and SMS services. /*The present invention works towards uprooting the black-marketers from India by providing third party clients a system check the genuinenty of products. In Particular, this invention relates to a new tax revenue protection and product authentication system designed to protect government agencies or brand owners from losses of tax revenues from the effects of product counterfeit, illegal import of goods and cross border trading and also to protect the consumer from the dangers of consumption of counterfeit products (particularly, counterfeit drinks, foods, pharmaceuticals).*/

IV. BACKGROUND OF INVENTION WITH REGARD TO THE DRAWBACK ASSOCIATED KNOWN ART 1. 3-D Holograms, it can be duplicated with minimum cost to black-marketers. End users can be deviated by fake holograms. 2. Digital watermarking, it is not possible for every end users to process the code hidden in the image, to get the information about the product. It requires special techniques and device to decode it (devices like camera). 3. Bar-Code Readers, as we all know bar-code readers requires a special code reader device, which is again not possible for end users and retailers to verify their product. 4. RFID, Radio frequency identification can’t be used because each tag of RFID costs very high, and is again not possible for end users to very their product directly from the manufacturer. Radio-frequency identification involves interrogators (also known as readers), and tags (also known as labels).

V. STATEMENT OF INVENTION
Invention carries an effective genuine product verification system for End users and third party clients.

VI. SUMMARY OF INVENTION
The present invention seeks to provide for a product verification system and method having an advantage over known system and methods.
The Invention is to enable the end users to verify whether the product they have bought is genuine or not; as, the duplicate products are put-in the retailer shop directly or is distributed to distributors directly by the black-marketers. This can be avoided if the manufacturer prints the specific hidden code on their each unit of product to distinguish between the genuine and duplicate product. Manufacture has to maintain their own database of the specific hidden code. Each and every manufacturer's database has unique database code included in the product verification code. The product verification code is a combination of unique database code and unique product code. The product verification code is hidden on the Product's packaging. An administrator website will have access to all the databases in the product verification system. Third party client will enter the Product verification code on to the administrator's website or can message the code to administrator, to check whether the product is genuine or not.

VIII. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION WITH REFERENCE TO DRAWING
Description of Fig.1:
Every manufacture has to maintain their own database of the specific hidden code they are generating on their products. Each and every database has unique database code included in the product verification code.
Description of Fig.2:
GPVS consists of two sets of code printed on the product. First set code fetches the database and the second code fetches the product information in that particular database. Both the codes are entered together in the website or through message service to verify the product.

IX. CLAIMS
The principles of this invention having now been fully explained in connection with the foregoing, I hereby claim as my invention:-

1. A product Verification system for those purchased the products to verify whether the product they have bought is genuine or not. This system comprises: a product code database system; a product verification code (alphanumeric) printed inside the product’s packaging (hidden); a front end design for end users, so that they can enter the hidden code i.e. the product verification code into the website to verify whether the product they have bought is genuine or not; implementation of this technology on mobile SMS service.

2. A product verification system as claimed in claim 1, wherein creates a firewall in the market which bifurcates original from illicit products and thus increases the tax incursion of the government exponentially.

3. A product verification system as claimed in claim 2, wherein increases the production of genuine products thereby increasing the manufacturer's revenue.

4. A product verification system as claimed in claim 2, wherein prohibits illegal production of products thus annihilating black marketers.

5. A product verification system as claimed in claim 1, wherein making the consumers the biggest beneficiary in terms of quality product consumption.

6. A product verification system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the codes to be printed on the products changes it’s serial of printing automatically on daily basis.

7. A product verification system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the system can be used by all the end users (from a rickshaw-puller to a billionaire).

8. A product verification system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the product identification reference is arranged to identify corresponding product data stored in the product data storage system.

9. A product verification system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the authentication system is arranged to be integrated into a warehousing system.

10. A product verification system as claimed in claim 1, wherein can bring down the price hike, by increasing the revenue of manufacturer and government.

X. Abstract:
This invention relates to a novel product verification system which will be utilized by third party clients (ends users) in order to verify the ORIGINALITY as well as the validity of a product, called ‘Genuine Product Verification System’ (GPVS). It will be applied specifically to the fields such as medicine and beverages which urgently needs to be segregated from corruption and duplicity, thus making the millions of consumers and manufacturers and the federal government the sole beneficiary. This involves every associated manufacturing firm print a secret code (alphanumeric string hidden in the product packaging) generated by the GPVS. The code database with manufacturer connected to GPVS web/mobile service, a centralized facility, checks the validity and authenticity of the particular product. The authors realize the impact of this invention for the global market growth and dedicate this to the Nation with profound gratitude.
