Process analysis essay

There are many challenges young people face today with regards to employment once they have completed college. Some may think it’s a simple task and then later realizes the opposite. If one takes care and takes the time and effort in the necessary steps required this process can be made simpler.
Many would agree that the first step that a college graduate should do once completing their degree is to sit down and create some goals for themselves. These goals will be short-term and long term goals that they will have to take a bit of time to consider. Goals will help the graduate to be more focused on what they need to do and help them achieve what they have set out to do. The goals can be gaining on the job experience; where you would want to be in a set period of time. Establishing goals for the short and long term will put you on the right track to achieving them and increase your chances of personal and professional success. Once the goals have been identified the next step would then be to develop an action plan. This action plan will help the graduate to stay focused on what they need to be achieving with regards to the goals and how far they are from achieving these goals. The plan needs to be very detailed with time allocated in which the goal should be completed and the means and methods by which the goals will be accomplished. The action plan and goals are great incentives and can help to keep the graduate motivated; a good idea may be to put the goals and action plan up where they can view it every day thus helping them stay focused and motivated.
The next step in this plan is to research the career that they are interested in, and that is relevant to their field of studies. Doing this will help give clearer objectives as to what this career entails and what is
