Team Ground Rules and Guidelines
What are the general expectations for all members of the team? Understand that each one of us are have busy schedules, and some even different time zones so we may not all be able to meet at the same time. Appoint someone on each meeting take notes and send a re-cap to everyone, and establish a group leader early on in the assignment. .
Expectations for Time Management and Involvement
(Participation, communication with the team, accessibility, etc.) Always communicate to ensure the best possible outcome. Always be on time. Time management can be difficult to accomplish , so always aim to complete at least a day in advance to that all projects can be properly meshed together. Inform other teammates of any special situations one may have ahead of time.

Ensuring Fair and Even Contribution and Collaboration
What strategy will you use to ensure that all team members are contributing and collaborating appropriately? Describe the communication strategy you will use if a team member is not contributing and collaborating effectively. How will the team manage conflicts between team members? Altough we do not forsee issues when ensuring fair and even contribution, all team members will work together to ensure that and equal amount of work is given and finished in a timely manor. _If such problems arise, the team member will be encouraged to participate more and asked if there is anything we can to do help them be a better team member.

What do you, as a team, agree will make this team experience different from past team experiences?

Every learning team is different. Our particular team is diverse in culture, age and general social perspective. All of the input and collaboration stems from the experiences and knowledge thereof.
