Thank you for updating the Raci chart, the roles of each team member look accurate to me. I have scheduled time for you, Lynette and myself to meet on Monday, August 31 to review the transition and recomendation plans. I wanted some input from the two of you, on setting priority to each recommentdation from the evaluation. I have gone ahead and completed the priority ranking, that way we can discuss how I decided the importance of each task when we meet.
