The modern human services administrator will being to face three critical issues within their organization to deliver their services to the populations they serve. As the United States Government increases it oversight of spending on social welfare programs HSO’s will be forced to look for nontraditional partnerships to serve those in need. These partnerships will allow for HSO’s to see reduction in agency redundancies to reduce cost with organizations that have parallel operations. The second main issue facing the future of HSO’s is the allocation of funding provided by the government. Organizations will require more funding from private individuals and have to create successful results. Finally, HSO’s will face increased government regulation
