I scored a 69 which suggests that I have an excellent approach to decision making. This score implies that I have the ability to start the process of decision making and have the ability to solicit a variety of solutions to resolve the problem. This score also says that I analyze the available options with great detail and attempt to make the best decision with the information presented to me. An area where I could improve was identified as following up with my decision and putting a plan into action after a decision has been made. I agree with the findings of this test due to me preferring to make informed decisions. I would rather have all possible information that could affect the outcome before coming to a conclusion.
