Legal citizenship is for a person who is born within the country or has sworn loyalty to this country is able to have all the rights above. Qualities of a good citizen would be someone who obeys the law and doesn't cause corruption within society. Someone who has respect for everyone, someone who is going to follow rules, laws, respect others. One who contributes to society and gets involved within society, here they is reliable and trustworthy.
