Dear Customer Service: I’ve been a McDonald’s customer ever since I was a little kid. I was pretty happy with the quality of the food and the customer service. But ever since a new manager came in to my local McDonalds I have been unhappy with its service. This really upsets me because I go to McDonalds on a general basis. I would have to say that I’ve been very satisfied all these years with McDonald’s food. But this manager change has made me very unhappy. I didn’t think there would be a big change the first day I walked into the remodeled McDonalds, but it seems that there was. Though, the remodeling definitely made the place cleaner, the customer service was horrible. When I was at the cash register, I was there for a good 5 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. I seemed like there were less workers. Then once they took my order I had to re-order because the cashier forgot to write it down. Once I got my food after the long wait, I found out the burger I order was assembled poorly. I am disappointed in McDonalds because they have been my favorite fast-food place for many years. I believe McDonalds Corp. should choose better managers to handle their restaurants. Customer service is also a big problem; I don’t want to wait long for food at a fast-food chain. So in all, please get new workers and better customer service for your fast-food chains.
