In this video, Jim Ronh gives a lecture on how to dramatically change your life, particularly, he provides advices which implemented could dramatically change our life, according to his speech. First of all, his story starts with the moment when some event had happened, so that he understood that there is a need for a change in his life. Then, he found a coach, a person who would teach him and later took Mr. Ronh to work in his company. From that years of life, he understood a few concepts which could help us to change our life for a better. First of all is the opportunity. The world is not connected tightly enough due to improved technology, so that we can go around find for opportunities everywhere. The second point is competition. As the world becoming more globalized, people from all over the world travelling more often across different countries, so there is more job competition. In order to overcome competition and take our opportunities, Jim Ronh provides few advices. The first one is to have more than one skill. Technologies becoming more and more complex, and used everywhere now, it doesn’t matter if you are engineer or a doctor, everywhere is the use of various machines, and it requires additional skills to use it. Moreover, if someone get fired in some particular job, he/she will always have an additional skill to find another job. Next is to finding good people. After we learn to distinguish good people from bad, or in other words, those who wish better for us from those who take advantage, we will be able to surround ourselves with good environment.
