John Cena was born in West Newbury, Massachusetts. He was raised with four other brothers and other family members. He attended a private boarding school and later graduated from Springfield College in Massachusetts. He ended up earning a degree in exercise physiology. He eventually decided to pursue a career in bodybuilding. Before he ended up in WWE professional wrestling, John Cena worked as a driver for a limousine company. Let's just hope he didn't have to drive the funeral homes limousine.

Later in life, John Cena started his professional wrestling career in the World Wrestling Federation (now, the World Wrestling Entertainment) in October 2000. He jersey's, backward hats, and a chain with a padlock around his neck. Cena often freestyles before his matches, insulting his opponents and sometimes even the crowd. He used to use catch phrases like “never give up,” “you can’t see me,” and “hustle, loyalty, respect.”

Cena’s physique and his ability to entertain crowds got him noticed in Hollywood. He was offered “tough guy” roles in several films. Cena went on to act in movies like The Marine, 12 Rounds, Legendary and Fred:The Movie. He also became a popular guest on TV talk shows like Jimmy Kimmel Live!, Late Night with Conan O’ Brien, and MTV’s Punk’d. Cena has also appeared in several TV reality shows including Manhunt, Fast Cars and Superstars and American
