One of the biggest barriers to effective teamwork are conflict , poor communication, and dysfunctional interpersonal relationships, this three barriers go hand in hand , because it often lack of communication skills and dysfunctional interpersonal relationships that create conflict on teams. 5. I was the member of YMCA gym club , I was volunteering at the front desk for social work, this leadership helped me throughout my gym membership, and I helped out all the guest and also my team supported me, and I think it was effective leadership.
