Attitudes and emotions influence behaviors by the way a person acts. Their character, how they take criticism, and their composure under stress and pressure all directly affect their behavior. From a business standpoint, these things that would affect behavior would also affect how someone interacts with others which would be a determining factor as to how successful someone could be.
Some people have negative attitudes about work and fall behind, while others stay positive and work through their issues. Sometimes, how an employee is treated by management can affect how employees work. Trying to build a good rapport and a positive work environment is vital to the overall success of a company.
