...I would describe the situation of African Americas and other miniories around the turn of the 20th centurty as unfair because there were laws that limited the African America’s of freedom. The Jim crow laws for example, serprated the blacks and the whites. The blacks were unable to use anything of the whites public facilities. However this was because of the case Plessy v. Ferguson that created the “seprate but equal” rule. These laws also limited African Americxan voting rights. They had to take poll taxes and lieracy test to vote.
