...Introduction LUSH Retail Ltd. is a cosmetics retailer headquartered in Poole, United Kingdom. Founded in 1995 by Mark Constantine, a herbal trichologist and his wife, Liz Weir. Constantine and Weir both have backgrounds in the hair and beauty industry. Unhappy with the market, they decided to branch out and start their own business based on natural hair and beauty products.The couple started off developing formulas and products for The Body Shop in the 1970s.
