After the events of September 11, 2001, she covered the women’s educational issues that was affected by war in Afghanistan. Her worked showed what is the life and living style of Sudanese refugee camps in Chad. As a woman, she captured the women’s issues in Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Libya, South Africa, and Lebanon and showed through her photographs.
