Mary Anne Staniszewki is the author of believing is seeing, she questions art and states that “ Art is to question and see it as something that has a specific history and belongs to a particular era can tell us so much about our culture and ourselves.” Many people in art history have been deemed genius and we glorify these people because said without them we wouldn’t have so much great art. This class has taught me the many emotions and feelings you can get out of art and the learning’s of many different aspects that we overlook and that go unnoticed.
