V. Thought Content and Mental Trends

1. Neologism- Throughout the conversation appropriate words were used by A.B. She did not incorporate new words made by herself in her sentences. 2. Word salad- Words and and phrases used made sense and there were no incoherent mixture of words. 3. Circumstantial- She does not manifest this trait. 4. Tangentiality- Her answer to the questions asked of her was direct to the point. 5. Incoherence- During the first half of the conversation it went smoothly. There is relevance to her responds. However, during the later part of the conversation there were some changes to the information she had given us earlier. And some of the information were unsure of. 6. Verbigerate- There were no repetition of words. The construction of her sentences were fairly good. 7. Echolalia- Psychopathological repitition of words and phrases were not manifested. 8. Loosening of association and flight of ideas- A.B stays on subject and responds relevantly to the questions being asked however towards the end of the interaction she looses association and answers illogically. -A.B recalled of almost being hit by a vehicle and claims that she survived due to Mother Mary flying her away from the accident

VII. Impulsivity
-A.B had a history of walking on the streets naked. She mentioned about free will and that she had a right to do so that is the reason she did it. She also verbalized that while walking naked she destroyed a buko stand situated along the road which led to her arrest by a police. A.B admitted that most of the time she is sexually preoccupied.

-A.B has a fairly good judgement based on her answers to the situations and scenario's that were presented to her. She is aware of the condition that she is in and understands the reason for her admission in the institution. She recognizes her problem that she hears voices and knows that it not normal. A.B wishes to correct her condition and be able to live normally.

IX. Reliability
-Based on the relevancy, coherency and consistency of the information given by ms. A.B the data gathered is 50% reliable.
