To install this mod, copy the files TrafficLoad.asi and TrafficLoad.ini in your GTA IV folder. Remove all older or other versions! TrafficLoad.ini configuration You can specify your own values for both pedestrians and cars in the .ini. It is also possible to modify the amount of cars loaded before models that aren't used anymore are wiped from memory. Extra cars When you have no added cars installed, no modification is needed. If you do have added cars, look in the .ini for clarification. Up to 15 cars can be added. Trouble? If the mod does not load, check ScriptHook.log for possible messages, or the lack thereof. If nothing is loaded, be sure to right click the file and check for any security measurements Windows Vista and Windows 7 apply. Remove those, they prevent the file from getting loaded. When it still doesn't load or it loads but a weird memory address pops up in the logs, copy and paste MSVCR100D.dll into your GTA IV folder. (Thanks to BehelitOutlaw for finding that) Or download it here: http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?msvcr100d If you experience crashes and/or texture loading trouble, you might try to lower the amount of cars per cycle. ...With saturation in their traditional markets, emerging markets offer some real opportunities for franchise systems today. Saying that, is penetration of the emerging markets easy? Are companies guaranteed success if they open locations there? Hardly. Not every company will do well in the emerging markets, any more than every company will do well in the “traditional” markets. First of all, there is no such thing as a single profile for any of the emerging markets. They are not fungible, and companies need to understand that ethnic backgrounds, consumer preferences, economic conditions, local competitors, real estate, and community support among a host of other variables must be evaluated. But a strong opportunity exists. There is a rapidly expanding minority middle class with a dramatic increase in the number of African-American, Hispanic, Asian, and new immigrants entering the workforce and achieving management positions and wealth. Working with clients and government in establishing emerging market opportunities, my firm uses a tool called a “leakage analysis” to measure local demand for products and services. Our studies often find that for certain products and services, some emerging markets often have higher sales potential than suburban markets. If the demand is there, why are these markets still relatively underdeveloped for branded retailers and service providers? The answer is really quite simple: Other opportunities seemed better. Expansion was booming and except...

...R. Ravi THE SPATE of nidhi companies failing to repay their depositors on time compounded the woes of the investor community. These depositors, unlike those in unincorporated bodies and collective investment companies, cannot be accused of ignorance or greed in choosing the avenue to invest in as the nidhi companies are recognised under Section 620A of the Companies Act, regulated under its provisions and further registered with the Reserve Bank of India as per the provisions of Section 45IA of the RBI Act 1997 . It is surprising that the nidhi companies, despite being allowed to borrow from and lend only to members against security such as jewels or immovable property, face a liquidity crunch. Some acts of commission and omission by the companies which have become sick are: AAcceptance of deposits without any limit or determination of the deployment of the funds (deposits were accepted even for 280 months in some cases); AInvestment in immovable property to house branch offices that were started arbitrarily; AChange in management; AAdvertisements inviting deposits that violated the provisions contained in the July 6, 1996 government notification. The Government, vide November 1, 1999 notification, directed that nidhi companies, recognised as such under Section 620 A of the Companies Act, shall not carry on any business other than borrowing and lending in its own name. It also listed the other thi ngs nidhi companies are prohibited from doing: Open new branches; open current accounts...

...DOUBLE LOOP LEARNING – AN EXPERIENCE This example is a bit too technical, but as I believe that this is a good example from my experience about double loop learning (we used to call this as “Thinking outside the Box”), thought of putting it the least technical form as possible. I was working as a software architect in a particular client’s team. That software system was pretty old and matured (the system was in existence for the past 20 years) and hence we used to treat the existing guidelines in use as the best available. As the system consisted of several hundred independent software programs (also known as modules), each of those has to pass a huge amount of data (names, addresses, other program related data etc.) between them during the operation. As a standard and also to ensure conformity, they used to employ a pre-defined structure to pass data (which will have a fixed size limit with each field having specific starting and ending locations. for e.g.: For address, the first name will be there in the first 30 characters of that structure and middle name will be coming in the next 30 and then comes the last name, followed by address line 1 and 2, each of which is 35 characters in length etc.). The flip side of this is that, even though you are introducing a new field in this predefined structure only for a couple of modules in this 700+ modules system, you will have to modify all the 700+ components to be able to maintain the same structure across, as else, the data positions...

...Modifications The acceptance of body modifications is a very big problem today. People that modify their body aren't being completely accepted in society. There are some cases where it is accepted but it is mostly frowned upon. Understanding is the first step to acceptance so it is my goal to help everyone understand. Body modifications are a big part in my life even if it doesn't seem like it. I stretch my ears and to me that is a big deal and it is something that I really enjoy. There are so many different reasons that people modify their body. Some people do it in order to fit in and others do it to be different. One big problem I have noticed about having body modifications is trying to get a job is a lot more difficult. This shouldn't be a problem though because we are all humans and no matter what any ones choice we should accept each other for what we do and who we are. The fact is that it shouldn't be more difficult to get a job when a person is modified compared to someone who isn't because body modifications don't change someones personality. In addition, everyone deserves a chance. Why would you not give someone a chance just because they look different? Furthermore, if someone is modified it is better to let them change to what they want their image to be so that they can feel comfortable in their own skin. First off, changing the way someones body looks in any way doesn't mean that it changes their character. They are still the...

...Hey friends, We know there is a lot of excitement in the community surrounding the Lollipop updates for the One, and for good reason. We are just as excited as you are. We never intended to keep you waiting. Unfortunately, we ran into some unexpected roadblocks. First, there was an unforeseen OS signing issue, which has recently been resolved. Our camera module had stability issues on Lollipop, and we had to rebuild it for compatibility. Several other crucial drivers, including our Wi-Fi drivers, also needed to be updated to work flawlessly with the upgrade. Admittedly, it took a little more time than we had planned, but we only release updates that we are proud of; that means refusing to take shortcuts or deliver sub-par experiences. With all of that in mind, here are the official release dates for Android Lollipop on the OnePlus One: CM 12S: The official OTA update for the OnePlus One will be released on or before March 30, 2015 OxygenOS: The official release of our own Lollipop-based ROM will be available for download on or before March 27, 2015 To show you how serious we are about this commitment to our community, we are prepared to put our money where our mouth is. If we miss either one of these deadlines, we will give away five (5) 64GB OnePlus One devices to our fans. Reply to this thread to be eligible. ...Essay om krimiens popularitet _______________________________ A crime is in many ways one of the most important genres. It's usually about a man or woman who is on quest to find the truth of an event or an issue. In the thriller it will be good almost always lined up against evil.In the beginning when the first crime novels were written around the beginning of 1800, they were mostly written for sheer entertainment without having put special types of criticism up, or a particular message. There is and has always been a kind of crime to be solved by the given detective. This criminal is, thus committing the crime, is almost always first get to know who is towards the end of the thriller. It is one of the elements that appear in a crime, like tightening torque, which helps to build a mood for the reader. In crime fiction is typically a lot of social criticism involved. It may be because the author clean'd like to build a social explanatory framework. All this because the perpetrator often breach the rules. There are the novels used a lot of different investigators, for example, an anti-bureaucratic detective who themselves often and often break the law to solve a case. Some crime genre looks and you experience the story from the detective's point of view, which one follows his investigation of the crime. ...productions until now! I was pleasantly surprised by both plays and did thoroughly enjoy them, as I was a theatre student myself in middle and high school. In The Next Room was the first play I ever saw by FIU theatre and I really believe that the director did a great job executing the play. I was happy to see one of my own sorority sisters up on stage, Michelle Antelo as Mrs. Givings. She was able to project herself very well and kept me engaged with the play throughout the entire show. Antelo greatly contributed to the success of the show. Her acting made it easy for me to suspend my disbelief in order to successfully get involved with the given circumstances of the play. It was clearly noticeable the extra time she put into her character and there was much evidence of preparation. The blocking the actors used on stage was very well thought out and it was also noticeable that all involved equally did their part to make the show a success. Antelo’s character, Mrs. Givings was an emotional one in the play. Antelo’s fascinating was of embodying these emotions are what kept me engaged throughout. I bring up her projection again because to me, it was powerful and it was one of the main things that stood out about her as an actress. She made her character believable and the chemistry her and her husband, Dr. Givings, had on set was a recipe for success in this production. Antelo’s beats were clearly evident and her changes were effective. Again, it was her vocal tension that kept...

...A Comparison of the tale of “Aladdin and the Enchanted Lamp” and the Disney Movie Aladdin: A Cultural Study According to N. J. Dawood, the translator of The Thousand and One Nights, “Aladdin has been retold or presented to so many different generations all over the world that it can perhaps be rightly described as the most renowned story invented by man”. Interestingly enough, “Aladdin and the Enchanted Lamp” was not part of the original collection of stories that composed The Arabian Nights. No one knows exactly when a given story is originated, but it is obvious that some stories circulated orally for centuries before they actually were collected or written down. The story of Aladdin appeared for the first time in Antoine Galland’s (1646-1715) translation of the Thousand and One Nights, the first major European version. Before Galland, there was no known Arabic version of Aladdin and his lamp. The first Arabic version showed up after Galland’s version and very well could have been translations of Galland’s French version. One of the more recent and most popular versions of “Aladdin” was an animated feature produced in 1992 by Walt Disney Pictures. Aladdin made over $217 million in revenue in the United States, and over $504 million worldwide. Even though the American film and the medieval Arabian tale share common elements and are both plotted around a young impoverished boy named Aladdin, the moral lessons they offer differ in ways that can be described through the values...
