Reginald decided to refuse to work because he thinks the union’s allegations may have merit. Reginald is going to make the logical decision. Why would he work for a place that has safety issues? According to Reginald his decision does not solve the real problem because he is one more person that will not work in unsafe environment. Reginald thinks that this will hopefully get some more people on board to get the company to make the right changes. Reginald problem will not be solve with just a few people in order to solve the problem almost all the workers will have to go on strike and that includes the engineers. Reginald’s job are still working out the issues and hopefully soon they will be back to work in a safe environment. The impact would be if all the workers would band together and get all the safety issues fixed so that there will not be a strike anymore. Reginald decision is a responsible one because a lot of things could go wrong and if there is not safety procedures in place someone could end up dying and then a lawsuit would happen next. Reginald’s decision to not work is more of a moral decision which a lot of people will back him up. Both sides have good arguments but it come down to the safety issues are too great for an employee to work for. In order for the solution to work both parties will have to compromise there issues to get the outcome they are looking for. In the long run a business cannot run on a skeleton crew and produce the product that they need to give to their customer. Reginald’s integrity is more important to him than a
