The aim of every organisation is to provide good quality services and make profit. In other to do this, organisation need the supply chain management pattern in delivering good quality and effective service in each different segments. Firstly supply chain management can be defined as the management of the interconnection of organisation that relate to each other through upstream linkage between the different processes that produce value in the form of product and services to the ultimate consumers.(Slack et al. 2004, p. 445).
