...feels the need and urge to share their moments with their friends and families. Everyone documents everything on their smartphones for convenience and ease of access. There is one statement in the article which stood out to me, “Facebook, Foursquare, Pintrest and Instagram are all about real time visual immediacy. I’ll send you a photo from my smartphone to document where I’ve eaten, what I’ve eaten, the store in which I bought that super cute outfit, the view from my hotel window or the view from my seat at a concert.” People share things that are close to their heart, what their hobbies are and what they are passionate about. The article suggests that brand organizations need to take this into consideration if they are to use it to unlock the marketing potential where everyday customers are willing and able advertisers of products and services. The spread of new products is the window of opportunity where managers have a better chance of successfully marketing products, if they understand how consumers learn about and adopt products. “An innovation is a product perceived as new by a potential adopter. It doesn’t matter whether the product is new to the world or new to a potential adopter. Diffusion is the process by which the adoption of an innovation spreads” (Lamb, Hair, and McDaniel 187). Innovation in this sense can occur through sharing pictures, videos and experiences on social networks...

...factors role to decide the company’s success or failure. According to the view of Say(1834) whom French economist, that “entrepreneurs can be seen as adventurers, they are fourth factors of production to organize, manage and operate other three elements which are land, workforce and capital, but they has duty to bear the possible risk of bankruptcy.”(Kuratko&Hodgetts,2007). With the times developing, the concepts of entrepreneur are more focus on modern concepts. The view of Akhouri point that “entrepreneur as a character who combines innovativeness, readiness to take risk, sensing opportunities, identifying and mobilizing potential resources, concern for excellence, and who is persistent in achieving the goal.”(Mohanty, 2005) Hence, successful entrepreneurs should have the following characteristics: leadership, originality ability and self-confidence, the traits are independents, individuality and optimism, innovate, creative, flexible and leadership behaviour, they always task-oriented and future-oriented, and play role of risk bearer. From these characteristics, I can find some of the characteristics which I have or not, so in order to impact my ability, I will critic and analysis those characteristics by two parts which are three areas sufficiently developed and three areas require further development. 1. Three areas sufficiently developed (1)High-achievement motivation For my personal view that the "desire" driven entrepreneurs to face all challenging, and supporting...

The right to speak freely and articulation of considerations can bring different suppositions from exceptional people. Useful verbal confrontation and dialog can frequently prompt inventiveness and advancement. I did my research for certain dialog subjects, henceforth I attempted to include an additional value for others. They might agree with my perspectives, however ideally, they could positively watch those points from my viewpoint. 3) Did the ideas and information presented in the articles have a significant influence on your understanding or perspective on consumer behaviour? ...about the issues how the literature defines a firm, how a firm can operate most efficiently and what has to be considered to generate sustainable success. For me personally the topic “resourced-based view of a company” was the most interesting one. Therefore, I was wondering if it is possible to apply a resource-based view as an innovative perspective to support the strategic decision making process of certain management sections. During this research proposal I am going to present my research strategy to answer this question. 2. Literature Review In order to prove the value of the research question a review of the relevant literature was undertaken. Obviously, the central element of my research question is “the resource-based view” (RBV). Therefore, I disclose which initial assumptions, approaches and results have been evolved about the RBV thematic in literature. The findings about the development of the concept are introduced chronologically. Moreover, a dissertation about a closely related topic to my research question is presented. As for every major business concept, there exist countless definitions about the RBV. A concise and covering one might be: “A management device used to assess the available amount of a business' strategic assets. In essence, the resource-based view is based on the idea that the effective and efficient application of all useful resources that the company can muster helps to determine its competitive advantage.” (Businessdictionary) One of the...

...of all actual and potential buyers of a product or service and marketing is a social and managerial process where by individuals and groups obtains what they need and want through creating and exchanging products and value with others. The traditional view of marketing is that the firm makes something and then sells it. In my words, marketing is how the producers create value to the customer and receive it by needs and wants. We must know that marketing concept is the philosophy that firms should analyze the needs of their customers and then make decisions to satisfy those needs, better than the competition. Ever since man started to trading goods, marketing was created. Suppose that marketing was never exist, we cannot buying foods, houses, car, etc. Without marketing, this world is nothing. Marketing involves the satisfying customers’ needs and wants. Marketing has a value creation and delivery sequence that consists of three parts. That is choosing the value, providing the value, and communicating the value. From my understanding, marketing does both. It creates and satisfies needs of customers. Marketers must use the marketing development’s term to create needs. They must learn how to change in knowledge, behavior, attitudes, or creativity. Then, it helps customers to be motivated to learn and make a decision, helps the customers effectively handle the information and experience, or helps the customers understand the product applications and influences the buying behavior...

...expectations. I rely strongly on virtues associated with various roles; I sometimes run the risk of flourishing unrealistic role expectations. While at the same time Understanding is one of my best virtues, I would rather have sensibility over rationality, I believe the best results are accomplished by treating each situation in its own condition rather then bring into play a “one-size-fits-all solution”. I always follow my ethical code to a point, which affects my daily life for the better. When I don’t see eye to eye with someone I hear them out and keep an open mind, I live my life by a motto which is to each his own, which in my case means as long as you’re not hurting anyone do what makes you happy, this is something that has helped me avoid lots of arguments and unnecessary fights. Like my Ethical lens said my gift is compassion, I value equality, ethical lens did get one thing wrong it put, “when you are at your best, you demonstrate compassion for others, that’s wrong I always demonstrate compassion for others, whether I’m in a good mood or not. Now ethics in a professional environment is very different then my personal views. In a professional environment especially in retail/customer service, the number one person is the customer, as the saying goes ‘The Customer Is Always Right”, here my ethical understanding that I mentioned earlier comes into play, thanks to that even I can treat each client different but with the same amount of respect and compassion. Critical...

...placed in. In my stance on the question at hand I would like to present my take on Skinner’s ideas that, “It is the environment which is responsible for objectionable behavior, and it is the environment, not some attribute of the individual, which must be changed.” and, “A person does not act upon the world, the world acts upon him.” I understand Skinner’s view point, however, I differ from his ideas in three ways: first, we are products of the choices we have made in the past; secondly, our physical environment can be changed by us; and third, our mental environment is influenced by authorities, but not controlled. In the following paragraphs I will use observational learning, instinctive drift, and behavior modification to explain each of my personal views pertaining to the question, “Why do I do what I do?” I have lived in Southwest Kansas my entire life because my parents chose to start their lives here; therefore I am a product of the choice my parents made for me seventeen years ago pertaining to where I live. However, like any environment there are ecological factors to consider such as weather, wildlife, and resources. For example, let’s say I had only previously encountered garter snakes and bullsnakes and had had positive experiences with both, and my parents had never told me to fear snakes. Then one day I encounter a rattlesnake. Using my previous knowledge of snakes to be unharmful to me I approach the snake thinking it will slither away. To my surprise it...

...com/contact-us/ ) Feel Free to Search your Class through Our Product Categories or From Our Search Bar (http://hwguiders.com/ ) Personal Model of Helping All theories have different views on ways of helping and different goals to imply. By using the person-centered approach ones view of human nature comes from one’s helping style. One would require a style that would make the client believe he or she is safe and understood. By the client knowing his or her therapist or counselor does understand him or her then he or she will believe he or she is safe and accept the help offer by the therapist or counselor. One could possibly set his or her on goals for change or except those of the therapist or counselor. “Person-centered therapy holds an optimistic view of human personality and focuses on present rather than past experience. Focusing on the inner experience of persons rather than on observable behavior, it holds that behavioral change evolves from within the person rather than through the manipulation of the environment” (Parrott III, 2003). View on Helping Developing a personal theory for the way one would want to understand human nature and provide him or her with the help he or she needs takes careful consideration. From what I have learned from this counseling and psychotherapy class is that the helping professional is a complex and overwhelming process, and one has to understand the methods one uses. My view on professional help is that it be created for a reason and...

...low amounts of enjoyment I get, and lack of shopping experience I have. Because of these elements of my lifestyle, the main influences on my purchases are the brand, ease of the purchase, and the store’s image. As a consumer with little product knowledge, familiarity with a product’s brand is important to my decisions. When shopping for products of importance, such as food or drinks (I’m a picky eater), I’ll choose the brand with the most brand equity. I focus on brand because my familiarity with that brand, and associations I have towards it, is the most extensive knowledge I have for small but important purchases, since I lack shopping experience needed to differentiate between the products in other ways. My purchases of Tropicana Orange Juice and Title Boxing Wraps are an example. My family grew up drinking Tropicana orange juice, and I have very strong positive associations with Tropicana. As an unexperienced shopper, I was drawn to the brand of orange juice I was comfortable with, since that was the best knowledge I had about the product’s quality. As for Title boxing wraps, I have experience in boxing and Title is a brand I’ve seen to be reliable. I chose this brand because I knew it wouldn’t let me down during athletic competition. Both of these purchases had high levels of importance, so I focused on brand because, for me, it’s the best indicator of quality. With products that are important to consumers (food/drink, sports equipment) but have little differentiating them...
