Place; there is no limits with the internet you can sell worldwide it is accessible .Promotion; the internet makes this easy, using social media, websites etc being reactive and responsive . People; It strengths the business because without the consumer their would be no business and; the internet allows business and consumer to communicate with ease. Process; of how the product gets from the starting place to the consumer which is more efficient. The process of giving a service and how they deliver it. Physical evidence is how they have presented the product to the customer to entice them to buy it; data is more accessible online.
