Course Description

This course will provide students with a solid foundation in innovation, design, and creativity. Additionally, students will be prepared to apply relevant principles, tools, and techniques to promote and sustain organizational innovation for competitive advantage.

In an organization if you want to improve what the organization does, you must improve the process in which this organization operates. In the organization if you pay too much attention to what the organization does, and its process you sometimes avoid the typical normal traps that most business leaders seem to fall short of.
