Now that we have identified the problems and have the solutions, there are actions that need to be done. We need to hire the in-house secret shoppers. Because there are so many Maverik convenience stores in the Salt Lake Valley, we need to employ at least two secret shoppers for each city. Because it contains six cities (Salt Lake City, Murray, Sandy, South Jordan, West Jordan and West Valley), we will need at least 12 secret shoppers in total. Take Salt Lake City for example, we can hire two secret shoppers and each one of them go to two sides of the city: one goes to southern and western, another goes to northern and eastern. We need to assign each secret shopper to go to at least five stores every day. Their duties included talking to the store managers, cashiers, greeters and even some of the customers for getting the information of overall service quality. They also need to take times to observe how the store employees interact with the customers and check the cleanliness of the whole store environment. The secret shoppers need to provide the evaluation by circling the evaluation numbers on the Checklist. After hiring the enough people for doing the secret shopping work and assigning them the duties and locations, we should start to send them to different stores as soon as possible. The implementers of this plan will be Nate Kingsford, Denise Nimtz and Catherine Wu. After the secret shopping is finished, we will analyze the results on the checklists and think of new solutions to improve the customers satisfaction and get higher return rate.

Conclusion:
In this proposal, we identify that Maverik has problems of poor customer satisfaction and lack of monitoring. But we came up with the solution of hiring the in-house secret shoppers. This solution is more cost-effective and convenient, compared to hiring outside secret shoppers. After finishing the secret shopping, we will be able to clearly detect the service quality and customer satisfaction.

I incorporated the following variables into a small survey: Age, Income, Investment, Number of Children, Number of Years of college, Additional Investment for the Current Year and Home Value. The reason for studying this data is because I am a finance major and going to be working towards becoming a financial advisor. I created a survey that answered the questions for the criteria listed above. I asked friends and family through email and facebook, and told them the reason for my asking. Everyone was willing to participate, as I kept their personal information confidential. I took the survey results and computed with 49 surveys. After analyzing the data I noticed that there were many relationships amongst the variables. Based on the research I concluded that the higher the age the more that they are willing to invest for the current year. There was also a strong relationship between age and income. The older the person, the more money they made. The dependent variable was age. Older people make more money, are more familiar with investments, and are more willing to make larger investments currently. A structural equation model (SEM), using LISREL, was used to test the measurement and structural models using a convenience sample of 674 students at a Midwestern university. The results revealed that both system quality and information quality had significant positive impact on user satisfaction and system use.
