1. Identify the new acquisition team for the review and the approval of Acquisition Plans and submission of PR packages. OAS currently is working to encourage earlier review of draft Acquisition Plans.
2. Host COR training and communicate dates available. This is a long term goal. However, OAS plans to review COR course offerings and training class capacity/utilization.
3. Visit a recipient 2-3 times over a project period. IDSB must determine if they would like to allocate funds for the site visits.

Closed Actions:
1. Reviewed the possibility to maximize the use of competitive acquisitions. Due to the decreased use of sole source acquisitions, this requires greater scrutiny of Justifications for Other that Full and Open Competition (JOFOC).
2. Explored ability to limit non-competitive contract awards to 8(a) firm. While not completely achievable due to the acquisition of proprietary products and services, the increased use of 8(a) contractors are beneficial to small business, the Government, and the economy.
3. Shared a list of priorities for RCA/PDSV and site visits for FY 2017. PDSV site visits occurred from January 17 to January 27. The FOA began in April. Due to the success of pre-award risk assessments and site visits exploring the use of reverse site visits.
4. Identified the top 10-15 government entities, of which at least 5 to visit this year.
5. Held an exercise to review large contracts (over $1M), as well as all grants, expected to be awarded by May 1.
6. Discussed opportunities to increase the number of CORs. Plans to continue communicating with CDC Train COR instructor about training availability and pairing staff with COR I and COR II
