ORGANIZING PAPER Coca Cola es una de las empresas de bebidas con mayores ventas en la industria. Ejecuta sus campañas comerciales en todo el mundo. Se trata de diferentes tipos de productos como las bebidas gaseosas, agua mineral, té, jugos de deportes, etc. Coca Cola tiene un modelo de franquicias para la producción y la distribución. Sólo el concentrado de jarabe son fabricados por la empresa que se vende a los embotelladores que son sus franquiciador, (Coca-Cola Bottling, 2008). Para la administración es importante organizar las actividades de recursos humanos y tecnología de la organización junto con otros recursos, tales como los activos físicos, recursos económicos y conocimientos de los empleados y establecer eficaz y eficiente estructura organizativa interna de la empresa. La función de la organización se centra en la división, coordinación y control de tareas y el flujo de información dentro de la organización. También los gerentes distribuyen la responsabilidad y autorización a los asociados bajo funciones de administración. La administración de recursos humanos en Coca Cola Company, enfocándose en la adquisición y retención de empleados altamente calificados y bien informados para que pueda mantener su posición de liderazgo en el mercado. Se trata a estos recursos como un activo. Que proporciona condiciones de trabajo y los procedimientos que permita a todos los empleados a desarrollar un sentido de unidad con la empresa y para llevar a cabo sus funciones de la manera más dispuesta y eficaz. Se prevé también la seguridad en el empleo a los trabajadores para que no se pueda estar distraído por la incertidumbre de su futuro. Estos objetivos, estrategias, políticas y programas pre-especificados por la compañía, que orienta la dirección y los sindicatos en la toma de decisiones. También están de acuerdo con las organizaciones, los objetivos, estrategias, políticas y de sus ambientes internos y externos. Su ambiente interno es similar a la de una familia. Su política de promoción de los empleados de dentro y basados en la antigüedad los incrementos salariales tienen la ventaja clave de la retención de los empleados, lo que demuestra la gestión de la empresa de recursos humanos como el más eficaz y eficiente en la industria. Directivos de recursos humanos de Coca-Cola el uso de tecnologías eficaces y conceptos apropiados, tales como los programas de trabajo el análisis del programa sistema de evaluación, capacitación y desarrollo, los programas de trabajo de diseño, hasta al día las descripciones de puestos, las encuestas de actitudes, etc, en la evaluación y mejora el rendimiento general de la organización, (Conozca a nuestra gente, 2008). La organización de Coca Cola cree que es mucho más importante el trabajo que el lugar donde usted trabaja. La organización de la tecnología en la Coca Cola es una necesidad estratégica que tiene como objetivo identificar y mejorar el rendimiento de los impulsores de negocio clave para ofrecer una ventaja competitiva para la misma. Coca-Cola es líder de mercado en sistemas innovadores y está comprometido con la inversión continua en tecnología apropiada que podrían aumentar los valores de toda la organización, (Information and Communications Infrastructure, 2008). Cuenta con un eficaz equipo de IT, que está estructurado para ser integrado en las operaciones de negocio para asegurar que las soluciones que se integran, se enfoco en las prioridades y producen los resultados esperados. La administración organiza la tecnología de conformidad con los objetivos finales de la corporación y los entornos internos y externos para incluir lo siguiente: La administración desarrolla constantemente tecnología avanzada para las operaciones de negocios de la organización y eliminar cualquier tipo de redundancia existente en los distintos procesos. A continuación, la administración hace una utilización óptima de los recursos disponibles a la organización para asegurar una alta rentabilidad. Por último, la dirección mantiene los estándares internacionales de calidad en tecnología de productos y un ambiente de aprendizaje que permite a los empleados a competir con los mejores del mundo, (Information and Communications Infrastructure, 2008). Los sistemas de información de la empresa realizan de una manera muy eficaz mediante la base de datos apropiada y ayuda a los gerentes en la toma de decisiones críticas. Con la tecnología emergente de Coca Cola se ha mejorado su gasto en IT y ha adoptado un enfoque más conservador en la elección de un proveedor establecido para desarrollar la funcionalidad requerida. Los sistemas de información sí disponen de una ventaja competitiva para la organización mediante la actualización de sus operaciones de manera eficiente. También está ayudando a la organización para proporcionar servicios de valor añadido a los clientes y también para retenerlos. Coca Cola utiliza la internet, intranet y extranet instalaciones de una manera muy apropiada, (El Progreso, 2007). Las tendencias actuales en el departamento de IT de la empresa Coca Cola tienen un impacto positivo en su desempeño y continuará proporcionando más beneficios para la organización. A medida que la organización tiene una presencia global, que ha empleado sus sistemas de información en todo el mundo, en asociación con sus aplicaciones de Internet. En la actualidad, no se ha encontrado con ningún problema importante en la transferencia de datos entre los distintos países. En general, esto demuestra que la organización ha optimizado los recursos de la organización a través de la eficiencia y efectividad. En conclusión, el análisis de la organización de la función en la Coca Cola demuestra que el impacto de estas políticas favorables a la sistemática y el empleado de recursos humanos ha tenido la empresa en la parte superior de los competidores y la hizo pararse en la posición superior. Esto seguramente ayudará a la compañía en el mantenimiento de su posición. Tales políticas de administración de recursos humanos también proporcionan una ventaja a la organización frente a sus competidores en la atracción de buenos recursos humanos en el futuro y la creación de fondos de comercio en el mercado, proporcionando así una ventaja competitiva. El éxito es evidente por el hecho de que Coca-Cola cuenta con cerca de 90.500 asociados en todo el mundo. También tiene un índice de rotación muy mínima y no hay lugar para las quejas y conflictos en la organización.
