Penny Juice is a B2B based company, who solely relies on local distributers to shape their extern image and brand. And they use positive testimonials to support their statement about being the first choice of distributer, which is a very bold move. A testimonial is also a typical American way to support or subsidize a claim.
The company specializes in 100% blended fruit juice concentrate which is specifically designed for childcare centers, preschools and head starts. Their products also comply with all requirements for subsidy and nutrition set forth by the Food and Drug administration. Penny Juice is also available in 48 states and offers free delivery on all of their products.
Their entire website seems to have been lost in a void of bad color choices and poor layout. The structure combined with all the colors of the rainbow makes it even harder to navigate and find the actual information in which you’re looking for.
The website haven’t been following the trends of the 21th century either, and it seems like they’ve been unaware that web design is like a river – it is always changing and always in motion.
Previous studies also shows that many web designs aren't creating enough incentive for people to access content - Backed by resent research and eye-tracking studies.

This problem is well known especially in the world of blogging, it happens when the website administrators/content managers drops an excessive lump of text at the very beginning or top of the post and yet refusing to change the structure. The exact same problem is also present at Penny Juices website under the tab "Who is Penny Juice?", they start out by howling nothing less than 22 testimonials at us, which is an abundance of information and that tend to scare quite a few possible costumers

Cleaning Pennies

...on greenish-blue pennies? The effect of orange juice cleaned the pennies and took the dirt off and the effect of vinegar on the pennies seems to rust and form a black hard substance on the pennies in trial three after 24 hours. How does the liquid affect the pennies? I will say that the effect of these both liquids had the acidic effect as describe in the research. Which liquid cleans the pennies better the orange juice or the vinegar? Based on the experiment I will say on all three trials the orange juice cleaned the pennies better than the vinegar on a 24 hour period.I expected the vinegar to clean the pennies instead it made it rusty in the last trial when it was for 24 hours. Experiment Hypothesis Orange juice on one set of pennies and vinegar on another set of pennies in separate containers will make you ask which liquid will clean the pennies is it the orange juice or vinegar? Answer to testable question: I mention before we did three trials of this experiment and I noticed that the orange juice gave the pennies a cleaning effect on all three trials. The vinegar seems to give the pennies a hard on trial #3 after 24 hours. Experiment Details Independent Variables On Trial#1 we started off with glass cups and the results were the Simply Orange juice and the Heinz vinegar actually cleaned the pennies. Trial #2 The Simply Orange Juice and the Family Gourmet vinegar cleaned the pennies and Trial #3 the Simply Orange Juice cleaned the pennies while the Family...

...Celiac Disease: What? Who? How? Celiac Disease: What? Who? How? Life changing, life long, no cure! This paper is to give knowledge and inform readers on what Celiac Disease is, who it effects, what it affects, and try to explain how it can interrupt a normal, life style to where most of us take for granted. Have you ever wondered what life would be like if you found out you could not eat normal everyday foods that most of us take for granted? What if one day you woke up and found out you could not eat something as simple and as popular as pizza? That you could not eat bread, cake, cookies, lasagna, spaghetti, or even drink beer? That every time you did, you would get sick. Well, for a growing percentage of Americans, that is what is becoming a reality. What is it? How do you get it? What does it do to you? Who can get it? These are just some of the questions I will be answering in this paper. What is Celiac Disease? Well that’s a very good question. Celiac Disease or Gluten-Sensitive Enteropathy is a disease of the intestinal tract. It is a chronic tropical disease of intestinal malabsorption or in simple terms, an allergy to wheat products such as wheat, rye, barley, and oats (Reilly 116). Celiac Disease is a lifelong disease that can only be controlled by understanding CD and following a lifelong diet which excludes wheat, barley, and rye. Celiac Disease is a multisystem disorder that causes the body’s immune system to respond to proteins in certain grains which damage...

Microeconomics

...The Industry Fast food restaurants provide food and beverage at a reasonable cost and the products each company supplies are very similar in nature. However in the current economic climate with margins continually narrowing, companies may be employing tactics which are either illegal or unethical in the pursuit of driving sales and increasing profits. During the latest recession, while sales at full-service restaurants in America fell by more than 6%, total sales remained about the same at fast food chains (Franklin, 2010). The purpose of this paper is to determine whether or not only the largest of corporations will be able to prosper and remain viable in the coming years. It is difficult to believe that it has been almost one hundred years since the first “fast food restaurant” came into existence. Many people think that the McDonald brothers of California started the fast food craze in America, but in reality it was the White Castle hamburger chain that actually started fast food history in America. J. Walter Anderson opened the first White Castle in 1916 in Wichita, Kansas (Chambers, 2011). In 1948, the McDonald brothers merged products similar to those at White Castle and employed their own ”Speedee Service System” to create a more efficient and cost effective way of providing the consumer with these products. This new found love of faster cars and lifestyles for teenagers following the war allowed more customers to be serviced in the same amount of time. By...

The Person that came up with the membership warehouse concept was Sol Price. The very 1st price club per say was conducted in San Diego California on Morena boulevard at an airplane hangar in 1976. Sole Price started to experiment with discount retailing called Fed-Mart and that is where future CEO Jim Sinegal got his start as he was employed at the fed-mart loading mattresses earning only an abysmal $1.25 an hour while attending San Diego Community College at the same time. Soon after that, Price decided to sell away fed-mart to focus more on his new empire, which was the San Diego Price Store in which Jim Sinegal tailgated with him to help him build that empire. Supermarkets

...What’s wrong with Supermarkets www.corporatewatch.org.uk Strip lights, endless queues of strangers and shelves of packets, fake smiles from bored checkout assistants isn't there a better way to get our food? Supermarkets wield immense power over the way we grow, buy and eat our food. They are shaping our environment, our health and the way we interact socially. These changes have gone unchallenged because consumers have been sucked into superstore lifestyles, persuaded that the opportunity to select from six different brands of cut-price oven chips at three in the morning represents choice and value. What’s Wrong With SUPERMARKETS But the tide may be turning. Unease at the true cost of supermarket food is spreading among consumers, who are beginning to join forces with the farmers and workers who have always known that supermarket 'choice' is a bad deal. This booklet aims to help campaigners get to grips with the reality of supermarket domination and argues why we must start looking for alternatives. Barista vs Ccd

...EXECUTIVE SUMMARY Indian consumer is a very interesting entity. The consumer in India is as heterogeneous as the country itself is. The urban consumer contrasts with the rural and the South Indian consumer with the North Indian. Further still, the consumer in the metros militates with his usage and habit patterns. The Indian consumer, is therefore very difficult to understand and very difficult to predict. Tea and Coffee are the favourite drink in India especially tea. A quiet cafe revolution is sweeping urban India with the explosion of coffee bars. That is bad news for tea - still the favourite brew for a majority of Indians -which has been losing out to coffee in recent years. India is one of the world's largest exporters of tea and one of its biggest consumers. However, it is coffee drinking which is increasingly becoming a statement of young and upwardly mobile Indians. Moreover, coffee bars, an unheard of concept until a couple of years ago, are suddenly big business. Coffee is slowly but surely substituting tea. There is also rise in the consumption of coffee. The specialty coffee movement has gained much of its momentum through the efforts of companies like Barista, Café Coffee Day and Starbucks. Coffee shops in India were pioneered by Barista coffee house followed by Café Coffee Day and Barista was opened in India in 1999. In India CAFÉ COFFEE DAY and BARISTA are the most popular and well-known cafés. The college crowd rates them as one of the coolest hangouts....
