As she entered the gym for the first time she was ready to lose weight, determined to hit her goals, and finally feel good about her self. She knew that just working out wasn’t going to help her hit her goals, so she changed her diet. Unsure about what to eat or how much to eat, she downloaded an app. An app, which told her how many calories she needed to eat based on her goals. The app included a food log. The food log determined how much fat, crabs, and protein she needed. This app was called my fitness pal. Pal is an ironic name for this app, because pals don’t tell you that you’re going to gain weight from eating more than 1,200 calories a day. However, this pal did and she listened.
