Justrojgar India Pvt. Ltd. (Justrojgar) provides industry benchmarked skills training to the youth, women and farmers at the bottom of the pyramid for facilitating wage-employment, self employment and microenterprise development.
As a Temp Staffing Company, Justrojgar outsources trained manpower to manufacturing and service industry.
Justrojgar achieves this through an integrated approach that includes online and mobile based employment exchange aligned with on-the-ground skill centres viz. Rojgar Academies.

Our training programmes are catered to individual businesses and groups, and tailored to target specific areas for improvement and consistency. We provide customized trainings based on client’s requirement.

AWARDS AND RECOGNITION
Justrojgar received 1st Runner-Up Award at the National Skill Competition 2013 for the Best Skill Development
Business Plan organised by National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), TiE, CII, India@75 and Ennovent.
This is India’s first skill enterprise competition organized to identify those models that have the ability to skill and place people and help towards Indian government’s goal of skilling 500 million Indians by 2022. Justrojgar has been featured by NSDC as one of the 21 innovations in skills development in India to create employability for the people at the BoP. Business Outlook featured Justrojgar as one of the 15 promising Social Enterprises in India in its Independence Day Special Issue (August 31, 2013). Besides, Justrojgar initiatives has been covered by several national newspapers viz. Times of India, The Hindu and Indian Express for creating informal sector employment at the BoP.
OUTCOMES AND IMPACT
As a socially responsible enterprise, We The People is committed to tracking social metrics and understand and report the cascading social benefits of its interventions to its donors and funders. The company has created the following social impact so far:


Provided livelihoods and livelihood services to over 12,000 households from lower income groups spread across Delhi, Himachal Pradesh, Odisha and Rajasthan through public-private partnerships (PPP).

Offered financial inclusion services (including savings, micro-credit, pension and insurance) to 6000 families, both in rural and urban areas of Himachal Pradesh and Delhi respectively and also impacted in increase in their income through self-employment and micro-enterprise development.



Trained and placed over 4000 candidates in hospitality, Retail & Sales, IT&ITeS and BFSI in Delhi & NCR and
Himachal Pradesh: o Candidates were placed in reputed organizations like Aviva life insurance, Batra hospital, Bloom public school, DLF, McDonalds, Wipro, SERCO, Competent BPO, TATA BPO, to name a few;

Candidates saw an average increase in income of over 40% after 3 months of classroom and on-the-job training. 

Partnering with Delhi Police under YUVA for offering skills training to the under-educated and under-skilled youth at the BoP. So far, skills trained over 250 candidates and placed more than 150 candidates.



Current supporting over 1500 women and farmers through SHGs and Producer Company in Himachal
Pradesh for livelihoods promotion in partnerships with ACC Ltd.

Partnering with Snapdeal for training and hiring Feet on Street executives for assisting MSMEs to become registered sellers of Snapdeal (Pan India).



Worked with JSL Stainless Limited for developing strategy on skills development and sustainable livelihoods of the people living in project affected villages in Kalinga Nagar, Jajpur district of Odisha.



Technical Resource Agency to Hindustan Zinc Ltd., Udaipur for developing Detailed Project Report (DPR) and Gram panchayat (GP) level micro plan for holistic development of 12 poverty stricken GPs in two blocks viz. Railmagra & Khamnore of Rajsamand district through public-private partnership (Govt of
Rajasthan, HZL, We The People and Justrojgar) aligned with Millennium Development Goals (MDGs).



Conducted due diligence of National Level NGOs for funding support by Vedanta Group in Maharashtra,

Offered soft skills training to the blue-collar workers of DLF Group in Delhi & NCR.



Worked with Jindal Steel and Power Ltd. (JSPL) on CSR initiatives and did social-impact assessment study at Patratu, Jharkhand and Raigarh, Chhattisgarh.



We are working with the Government of Rajasthan and Himachal Pradesh through public private partnerships for promotion of sustainable livelihoods that includes wage employment, self employment and micro-enterprise development.

Industry benchmarked skills training is one of our core activities for meeting the ever growing skilled manpower requirement of the industry. We offer market aligned skills training to youth in the following sectors viz. Hospitality, IT &
