It is a huge change that has accelerated over the past few decades in the economy. During the 20th century, organisations always focused at traditional factors for production on tangible resources such as equipment, land and money. Almost every organization was seeking for ways to reduce the cost and boost the sales to survive in the market. Quoted from Frederick W.
