I decided to write my essay on Reefer Madness, my approach will be to argue that marijuana should be recreationally legalized. Although I recognize the pros and cons to legalization, I still maintain my decision. Throughout the essay I want to acknowledge what the opposing side might have to say and in a way disprove or force them into rethinking. I will argue that marijuana should be legalized because it is taxable. This means more money for the state to use on public safety and education.
