...American Intercontinental University MGMT 422 William Becker Innovative Products and the Intrapreneurial Approach to Success Introduction Shotguns have been around for hundreds of years starting with the black powder loaded Shotguns to the single and double barreled shell loaded shotguns. Shotguns have most often been used for hunting and protection. However, only within the last 100 years have shotguns had a tube load magazine making the shotgun capable of holding more rounds and being reloaded faster. However in the sporting and self defense world the fact that the tube fed magazine could not be removed or reloaded as easily as other magazine fed firearms made many firearm enthusiasts and professionals eager to find a way to reload theses guns as fast as or faster than firearms with removable magazines. ("Shotguns: Actions and Designs," 2011) TEC Loader SL-12 Shotgun Speedloaders The Tec Loader is a speed loader designed to be used with many different and popular models of tube fed shotguns. It is in essence a way of auto loading or speed loading a shot gun that would otherwise require the handler of the shotgun to manually thumb load the shotgun at the time that it runs out of ammunition. This reloading apparatus is a perfect example of an innovative product designed to speed up and ease the effort of reloading tube fed shotguns. In many cases and in capable hands it can actually be faster than replacing a removable magazine. It is now used in timed competition...

...Dylan Anthony 4/11/16 How to Reload .45 Caliber Ammunition When reloading ammunition, you can reload any type of ammunition ranging from a .22 to a .45 caliber bullet. In order to be able to reload your own ammunition, you need a variety of equipment that is very costly in the beginning but will pay off in the long run down the road. Nowadays, the price to make your own is a lot cheaper than a box of bullets from the gun shop. The necessary equipment that is required to start the process is 1 of 2 presses, either a turret press or progressive press. The set of dies, which comes in a set of 4, that actually reshape and place the new bullet into the casing. A powder scale that measures in grains is needed but a digital one is recommended. Case lube to protect the case from damage and also to protect the dies in the process. Gun powder with a funnel and the bullet itself is also needed to reload your ammunition that have collected brass for. It is very important that you clean every single brass casing that you collected from previous fires because this will allow the casings the slide into the dies without damaging the dies. Also, inspect each casing before starting the process to make sure that there are no nicks in the casing that will cause a misfire that could injure a person. First, using the full length sizer die reshapes the brass casing to its original shape because when its fired the brass expands. Included with this die is a capper pin that...

...(901) 544-0140 TTY: (901) 544-0112 LOWE'S COMPANIES, INC. SUED FOR RACE DISCRIMINATION EEOC Litigation Says Home Improvement Giant Rejected Qualified Black Job Applicants MEMPHIS, Tenn.-- The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) today announced the filing of a race discrimination lawsuit under Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act against Lowe's Companies, Inc., doing business as Lowe's Home Center's Inc. The suit charges the world's second largest home improvement retailer with failing to hire a class of qualified African American applicants due to their race at its Reload Distribution Center in Vonore, Tenn. The EEOC's lawsuit, Civil Action No. 3-04-CV-133, in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee, Knoxville Division, charges that Curtis Carter, Tiffany Carter, and a class of African Americans, all qualified applicants, were denied positions in Lowe's Reload Distribution Center between 2002 and 2003 because of their race. The EEOC filed suit after exhausting its conciliation efforts to reach a voluntary pre-litigation settlement. The lawsuit asks the court to order the company to provide back pay, interest on back pay, compensatory damages for emotional and psychological harm, and punitive damages. Katharine Kores, Regional Attorney for the EEOC's Memphis District Office, said, "Hiring decisions based on race are clearly illegal. One of the important reasons for the passage of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 was to eradicate this type of discrimination...
