Drugs - This isn't really a party issue. Lots of Republicans favor legalization & lots oppose it. Most Democrats favor legalization though this is not a party issue. All Republicans oppose the illegal smuggling over our borders of illegal drugs & gang violence & most Democrats want to open our borders even though it will increase crime, human trafficing (mostly sex slaves), terrorism, etc.

Crime Control - Democrats want to make it illegal for law abiding citizens to carry guns, even though they are clearly allowed to in the constitution. This has been proven time & time again by the top criminology department in the US (Florida State) & Harvard to increase violent crime. The Republicans believe in the constitution, individuals rights & the right for people to protect themselves.

Abortion - Democrat Obama sponsored a bill in Illinois on 3 separate occasions that would allow the murder of a child born alive to a mother in a late term abortion (meaning when everyone knows the child is fully developed & can live outside the womb) after the child is living outside the womb if the mother said she wanted to abort the child. The Democrat Party as a whole have consistently supported abortion on all levels. The Republican Party believes in individual rights. This includes standing up for children w/ separate DNA from their mothers and not allowing them to be murdered.

Environment - Republican Richard Nixon created the Environmental Protection Agency & Endangered Species Act. Republican Theodore Roosevelt created the vast majority of our national parks and our National Park system. The Republican Party has been at the forefront of saving nature since the concept began. Search Snopes.com and look at the comparison of Republican George W. Bush's House to Democrat supposed environmentalist Al Gore's home and energy useage. BTW: The Gore family is Big Oil though you never
