The prime focus of RestNet executive summary prepared by Peeter was to justify “How it is focused on increasing the revenues by making money with new RestNet system.”
Thus, helping the reservation agents to access vast amounts of information quickly. The new system was highly needed by NWA because the current system was giving various troubles such as: inflexibility, high cost for reservation and difficulty in managing the time as agents were not able to follow the procedures properly.
Following are the different points made by Peeter to convince the finance committee:

Thus, Finance Committee appreciated that Peeter with technical background have good command on business area too, and he clearly understand the need of the business in real- time.
5) Describe a project you have seen initiated. Compare how it was handled to the RestNet Project. What were the similarities and differences?
In my personal experience, I have not worked on Project Initiation or can say a project in corporate sector.
But I can write my experience on the Project I worked during my school. It was about “Making the Business Plan for international graduate students.”
It was designed to mainly target the students of few universities of Upstate- NY area.
The similarities of the project as compared to RestNet Project were:
i) It clearly described the benefits of initiating the project, and give a detailed description on project’s benefits. ii) The project estimates and the research on the competitors was highly cleared during the initiation phase of the project like RestNet
