The CO should also ensure that enough funds have been allocated for the requirement. Once the acquisition plan has been approved, the CO will be developing the solicitation. Once all sections of the RFP have been written and approved, the CO will post the resultant RFP to FedBizOpps for any and all contractors of interest view the RFP in full details. If FedBizOpps is not available, the CO may email the RFP out to Offerors identified in its market research.
