Invisibilizing Violence Against Women written by Ruth M. Mann in Power and Resistance explores the issue of violence against women in the Canadian context. Mann examines the government's actions made towards violence against women, statistics regarding violence against all genders, and the process of invisibilization that is occurring against women violence. Although women may not be the only sex dealing with violence, the majority of perpetrators are men.
