Visitors of Brgy. Sampaguita in Bauan, Batangas can be generally characterized as leisure and adventure attraction visitors, based upon these visitors primary trip purpose. The municipality’s long standing leisure and adventure attractions continue to be popular destinations for visitors. Attraction visitors is an important segment of the tourism industry in Sampaguita. The majority of visitors are overnight visitors and are traveling from some distance away; reported visitors are from Manila, Laguna and other nearby provinces. Peak visitation in Brgy. Based on the tourist arrival of Barangay Sampaguita which is rising almost a thousand every year the researchers are expecting a large amount of visitors and also because of the scenic and breezy site in Sampaguita, Bauan that will be visited by those people coming from the nearby provinces and in NCR.
Based on the study of visitor market in Barangay Sampaguita, every year, it increases by almost a thousand. Therefore, the proponents forecasted that every year, the number of tourist arrival will increase by its average record which is a thousand.
