I have trouble expressing my feelings, People find me boring, I am too serious most of the time and I do not get the point across well. 3. DuBrin (2013) states an important contribution of double loop learning is that it enables the leader to learn and profit from setbacks and interpreting the reason that a setback occurred may help the leader do it better the next time. As a leader in the Army I could have developed better relationships to improve overall performance. Self-awareness and mentors within Michelin has enabled me to better connect with employees and show expressions and emotions to better communicate and improve performance.
