Do you think that Chin’in Shih Huang Ti is a tyrant or a national hero? I think that Chin’in Shinh Huang Ti is a tyrant.
In my opinion, Chin’in Shih Huang Ti is a tyrant. To begin with, he kills people and gives them harsh punishments. Chin’in Huang Ti had harsh laws and punishments. he spent lavish amounts of money to build the palaces.
In addition, he was mean to his country. Anyone who revealed the emperor's whereabouts was put to death along with his entire family. The commander of the fleet knew that if he failed his mission then the emperor would put him to death.
On the other hand Chin'in Huang Ti was nice and a hero. He energetically went to work organizing his country. Chin'in Huang Ti divided the land into 36 districts. He had
