SAILOR PEN COMPANY

This is a company of Japan for Mr. Kyugoro Sakata who was an engineer from Hiroshima opened. He had to demonstrate a fountain pen by his close friend that was British sailor. Sakata was impressed by design and function of this fountain pen; he decided to begin a company to craft the finest writing instruments in the world in 1911. In horror his friend he chose the name Sailor Pen. The first factory was opened in Hiroshima and still exists for today with hoped that Sailor Pen would oversea to find and adventure the worlds. Famous by the best quality of handmade nib, each of pens were made by Sailor’s company would be sure for commitment, guarantee the accuracy, quality meticulous finishing. Sailor pen is an international company, for each of pens were made in Japan and have hard quality test before export to other country in the world. And they have many classes for target people. You can find normal pens with $25 or over $2000 for limited edition pens to collection. Especially that is nibs of fountain pen were made by hand and from Nobuyoshi Nagahara (Master Design) and his son. People love his Naginata Togi nibs the most because this form like Japan sword. This is a private company because at first it belong to Sakata’s family and now they are become to private limited company for selling shares. Also they used “LTD” after their company name at Stock Exchange. With the hope expend to over the world, Sailor Pen decide to sell their shares for capital to product and research. They are secondary sector because focus on product pen, ballpoint pen, ink, or accessory for all kind of their pen.
