2.1 Introduction
In this chapter, the process of the research methods will be presented. The following will point out some problems and limitations for the dissertation. In addition, some shortcomings and inadequacies that need to improve. This chapter will be divided into seven parts: it includes research objective and question, research approach and strategies, design of research tools, piloting research tools, carrying out data collection, problems and problems and limitations, and conclusion and future prospects.

2.2 Research objective and Question
2.2.1 Research objective
The dissertation objective is to analyze the innovation culture effect Google’s development. Questionnaires and research methods are carried out to achieve the objective.
2.2.2 Research question
The research of this dissertation divided into three general questions which are listed as follows:
Question 1: How innovation culture effect Google company’s development?
The aim of this question is to know in which aspects innovation culture effect Google’s development.

Question 2: How charismatic leadership effect Google’s development?
The aim of this question is to analyze and understand how charismatic leadership effect Google’s development.

Question 3: How Google company motivates staff working hard?
The objective of this question is to know what kind of the motivation methods that Google encourage staff working hard.

2.3 Research approach and strategies
2.3.1 Research approach
This dissertation uses the deductive research approach. It is moving from generalization to specific. There are four steps in the deductive approach that are theory, hypothesis, observation and confirmation or rejection. Google is the leading scientific and technical company is the world. It is also one of the top global company. It can be seen as a generalization. Google is famous on its innovation corporate culture that is laissez-faire mode, motivation methods that is Maslow's hierarchy of needs, leadership style that is charismatic leadership. It can be seen as a kind of specific.
2.3.2 Research strategy
This dissertation uses the primary data to support the research results. In the primary data, there is quantitative data. It is a street survey using the questionnaire to collect data. In order to know more how people think of innovation culture effect Google’s development, questionnaire is the suitable method to carry out the research. Questionnaires can provide standardized interview for all subjects. It will help the analysis and understanding of the data.
2.4 Design of research tools
2.4.1 Process of questionnaire design In the planning period, it is necessary to think about the research objective, according to the research objective to design research question. The questionnaire is divided into three parts. It is necessary to research more information about corporate culture, leadership style and motivation methods. At the beginning of the questionnaire design, there were 15 closed questions in the questionnaire.
In the pilot stage, there was some problems appeared. Some respondents complained that the some questions did not understand and they did not know how to choose the answer.
In the modification stages, the questionnaire was modified according to respondents’ opinion. Some questions were deleted and modified.
In the end, a new and clear questionnaire was designed. It divided into three parts corporate culture, leadership style and motivation methods and 10 closed questions.

2.4.2 Sample selection
In order to collect the objective data, the most proper way is to use the random sample. It would be more convincing. This research is to know how people think about innovation culture effect Google’s development. Thus a random sample selection is a suitable way.
About the sample size, the limitation of time and money to do the research, it is impossible to survey all the population. In the end, fifty questionnaires are the sample for the dissertation.
2.5 Piloting research tools
Pilot work is necessary and important part of the finishing the questionnaire, five draft questionnaires were sent to classmates to collect their opinion on the questionnaire. They found some problems in the questionnaire, for example the format of the questionnaire was not clear. Some questions were not clear enough and made some misunderstanding to the respondent. In addition, some questions had wrong spelling and grammar. After that, the whole questionnaire had better improved.
2.6 Carrying out data collection
Fifty copies of the questionnaire were completely finished and collected in one week.
In the first time twenty five copies were sent, but there were only twenty copies of the questionnaire can be used. Due to this is a self-completion questionnaire, some respondents might not fully understand the question. They left some question blank.
In the second time, thirty questionnaires were sent. Twenty-eight of questionnaires can be used. Some respondents still left the question blank.

2.7 Problems and limitations
2.7.1 Problems
There are some problems during the street survey 1. Some respondents didn’t seriously to complete the questionnaire. They finished the questionnaires in very short time. 2. The age ranges of the respondents were almost young group, most of the respondents were students. The survey carried out in the campus. 3. Some respondents were not willing to fill in the questionnaire, because of the time. Some respondents didn’t fully understand the meaning of the question.

2.7.2 Limitation
2.7.2.1 Disadvantages of surveys
The researchers design question by their own opinion. Respondents did not fully understand the questions.
All the questions were closed questions, there was no opened question. This will limit the questionnaire to collect more data.
Because of the limitations of time and money, a limited number of samples collected.

2.8 Conclusion
Generally speaking, the research was carried out successfully. However, the research still has some problems and limitations that need to improve. In addition, fifty respondents can not reflect the overall views of the all the population’s opinions. Therefore, there are many aspects need to constantly improve and progress.
