Although it contains a lot of scientific jargon and contains many experiments and scientific studies, Gladwell makes it seem so interesting. Most of the examples he discusses are relatable to most readers which makes it much easier to read. One of the most relatable examples in my opinion is the Pepsi Challenge and the launch of New Coke. The Pepsi challenge involved Pepsi researchers conducting a blind taste test to see if people preferred Coke or Pepsi, and it revealed that people preferred Pepsi more often than Coke. The major flaw of that was that the people were just taking a sip and not drinking a whole can. Taking home a whole case of each and drinking them would change people’s opinion. Gladwell then challenged the readers who thought they could taste the difference between Coke and Pepsi to get a friend to fill two cups with one cola and one with the other and figure out which one is not like the other.
