Fray wouldn’t let me back out after Carter’s act of “generosity” to enter me. The memory caused my fingers to twitch continuously in my seat in English class. I stared at the clock, two hours left, only two hours left. I didn’t want to rise out of my seat once class ended, even if it class was over, I just stayed staring at the black electric guitar at my side.
